New Orleans Here We Come!

I can't believe it, Brandon's Grandma is turning 90 years old. I can not imagine living that long. No offence Dixie. We leave tomorrow. When I say WE I mean Myself, Brandon, Ryann, Seiler, and Uncle Lee (who is currently living with us). All of us in my little Dodge Neon for NINE hours both ways. Yay!!!! It is probably going to be hot down there, so WHAT DO I PACK? I don't know. If I remember, I will let you know how it goes. Ta Ta for now.

I've got a NEW CALLING

It only takes a little crying to a new Bishop to exchange your old calling for a new one. Don't tell anyone. I was called two weeks ago to be the Achievement Day Girls Advisor. I was so excited, and so nervous all at the same time. Being a Secretay in Primary, I was in charge of all the dirty work, but new nothing about Achievement Day Girls that used to be called Merry Miss. Yesturday, was My first time in there with the Girls, and I gave an awesome lesson on the 6 B's. I am soo grateful for this new calling, especially scince Ryann is allowed to come with me. It feels good to be able to get to know thses sweet girls, and hopefully leave the same impression on them that I received in Merry Miss.

HALLOWEEN

This year Ryann was a beatiful fairy. Seiler was a rock star with a guitar duh nuh nuh nuh (said with a little tune)is what he told everyone, until he became embarrassed. We went to our trunk-or-treat, which was a waste of time, but we were able to socialize a little bit. Then we went home to get gloves, jackets, sweaters, and such and headed out to the neighborhoods and made a killen in the candy department.

Ryann's teacher sent home a note saying they had recently learned about selflessness and asked the children to send some of their candy they recived from trick-or-treating. For every piece sent to school the teacher would donate 10 cents to a previously decided charity. We obtained sooooooo much candy, that I sent Ryann to school with a wal-mart sack filled to the top with CANDY!!!! Boy was her teacher in shock. I didn't care, we still have more than enough. I even brought some to work, made Lee his own candy bowl, took some to church to pass out on wednesday. My cupboard is still full. How's that for a night out on the town?

I am tired of getting email like this!!!

ok.... britt for the blog, It doesnt mean you have to have pictures!! We just want updates any kind!! New scrap booking ideas... The fact that Ryann is being taught by the missionaries!! How Ryann is doing in school! The fact that girl started a fight with her would have been a sweet story! What Seiler did that was cute this week. How your dog is doing! I dont even know what it looks like!! :( Ashley sometimes just gets pictures off the internet. A picture of your kids in their halloween costumes!! Anything! My is pretty random! I definitely dont blog like Ash, but i do blog just to keep updates. To me it like my journal (which we are commanded to write in). You can write your favorite scripture! Your favorite quote or talk or story from the ensign. These can cut and pasted from the LDS website. If it is someones birthday, you can write them a little note... you can talk about your callings. You have so much to talk about! You can put up things about what you or your children learned at FHE or what you did... this would give ideas to other members out there! hmmm... I know once you start, and get the hang of it, you will see it is like scrap booking! all those little halloween things you made you could have taken a picture of them and talked about doing them and why. That way we all could have seen how many you did and what each looked like! I love you and miss... being so far away SUCKS !! I just want to know what is going on in your life! and if you have a bad day, I want to hear about it, so I can see if I can HELP! But how am I to know? You never call, I never hear form you unless I call you. I just to be the best sister I can be!!! I love you with all my heart! Corrine

Sorry Corrine, You are not the only one that has sent me mail like this, Yours is just the most explanitory.

Way Back Wednesday

This picture was taken like 7 years ago and I can hardly remeber how happy we were. So I asked Brandon for some words of rememberance for this picture, and he couldn't remember which child it was. Sorry Ryann. She was always so happy. More so when Brandon was around.
